Information we collect
When you submit a contact form, demo request, or free-access signup, we collect the details you provide such as name, work email, company name, role, and message content. Account signup also stores credentials needed to authenticate your workspace admin. We may also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source.
How we use information
We use submitted information to create trial workspaces, respond to inquiries, schedule demos, improve our website, secure the service, and understand product interest. Analytics tools help us measure traffic and improve conversion experiences.
Product workspace data
If you use H2K AI Knowledge Assistant, documents and chat activity in your tenant are processed to provide search and cited answers. Customer workspace data is intended for that customer’s authorized users and is not used to train public foundation models for unrelated parties.
Analytics and session tools
We may use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity to understand site performance and user interaction patterns. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies according to their respective policies.
Email delivery
Contact, demo, and signup notifications may be delivered using Resend or a similar email service provider acting as a processor on our behalf.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to your request, and maintain ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of marketing-site inquiry data subject to applicable law.
