By accessing this website, creating a free-access workspace, or submitting a contact or demo request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or product.
Website purpose
This website provides marketing information about H2K AI Knowledge Assistant. Product availability, features, and pricing described here may change and do not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a separate agreement.
Free access and accounts
Free access signup creates a trial workspace so you can evaluate the product. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company and account details you submit, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. We may suspend or end trial access if we detect abuse, fraud, or misuse.
Customer content
Documents and data you upload to a workspace remain your content. You represent that you have the rights to upload that material and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You should not upload content you are not authorized to process in the product.
Demo and sales requests
Submitting a demo or contact request does not create a paid customer agreement. Any paid subscription, pilot, or enterprise deployment will be governed by a separate contract or order form.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or product to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, reverse engineer non-public components except where permitted by law, scrape the site in a way that harms availability, or process unlawful content.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, software, and design elements on this site and in the product are owned by H2K ITECH or its licensors and may not be used without permission, except for limited rights granted under a customer agreement.
Disclaimer
The website and any free/trial access are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where a signed customer agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2K ITECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or trial access. Our aggregate liability for marketing-site or trial use is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for that use in the prior three months or USD $100.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
